The ski resort Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser- Brixental, being part of the Kitzbuhel Alps, is well-known as one of the most modern and largest ski resorts worldwide. The area offers 472km of groomed pistes and is located at an altitude from 620 to 1957 metres. With over 80% snow cannon coverage, snow-security is assured throughout the winter season. Besides the fact that Söll is a fabulous ski resort mountain pathways, lakes and golf courses make this village the perfect retreat all year long.

The ski resort Söll is part of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser- Brixental skiing area and thus part of the Kitzbuhel Alps, which is one of the most exclusive and high-quality resorts worldwide. With the ski resorts Brixen im Thale, Ellmau, Going, Hopfgarten, Itter, Kelchsau, Scheffau, Söll and Westendorf, Söll is perfect for beginners and more advanced skiers. Besides, 472km of groomed pistes at an altitude of 2000 metres, the Kitzbuhel Alps offer unlimited off-piste areas for professional skiers.

Kitzbühel is one of the most legendary sports town’s in the Alps and includes the legendary Hahnenkamm downhill race. With extensive snow cannon coverage, you can enjoy skiing here from early December through to late May.

Söll is one of the most popular ski resorts in the skiing area Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, which offers a total of 284km of slopes with 121km of blue pistes, 127km of red pistes and 36km of black pistes. The wide range of pistes around the village of Söll offer something for skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities, from families with children to professionals looking for a new challenge.

Söll doesn’t just offer fantastic pistes to ski and snowboard, it also has numerous other winter activities for the whole family to enjoy. From snowshoe hiking, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, ice skating and also curling.

Summer Fun:

Söll is the perfect location for active holidays in the mountains as the village is a wonderful destination during summertime with plenty of activities to enjoy. Söll offers fantastic long hiking on panoramic paths, golfing in the Wilder-Kaiser area, bathing in beautiful and pristine lakes as well as a wide range of adventure attractions in the mountain area.

As soon as the snow has cleared, 170km of running and walking trails and over 570km of biking trails, are open and challenge you to start your endurance training.

Several tennis courts are also available, and keen sun bathers and swimmers can use the beautiful Ahornsee Lake directly from Söll or Schwarzsee in Kitzbuhel to cool off with a swim – a perfect stop for all of the family.

Furthermore, the region has some of the best golfing in Austria with 10 golf clubs and golf courses near Söll. Some of the most well-known clubs are Kitzbühel, Eichenheim, Rasmushof or Schwarzsee.
